2027–2030: From Construction to Full-Scale Operation
The year 2027 is planned as the start of construction for the ADS ECO Eco-Industrial Complex. By 2030, the complex is expected to reach its full design capacity, establishing Armenia’s first fully integrated circular economy ecosystem.
Key design indicators include:
- 180 tonnes per day of waste reception, sorting, and comprehensive processing,
- 10–17 MW of clean electricity generation and supply to the grid,
- 80–90% resource and material recovery rate,
- Maximum reduction of residual waste sent to landfill, based on a “zero landfill” target approach.
Across an area of approximately 40 hectares, all 9 core infrastructures of the complex will operate as one integrated system—from waste reception and AI-powered sorting to recycling, energy generation, industrial production, agriculture, and environmental infrastructure.
